Granny Annex Historic Building Conversion

A Historic Building Conversion of a 19th Century historic building into a 1 bedroom cottage. The project included full low energy retrofit of natural insulation, breathable plasters and DPMs for damp mitigation, and full services installation. The result is a sweet and cozy living space with a mezzanine bed, kitchen, and bathroom. This project showcases the meticulous restoration and renovation work done to breathe new life into a beloved historic building.
